Enrolment & Registration

Are you interested in joining Outreach Programs? We are excited to help you take the next step in your education.

• Students 18+ (or 16+ independent): You may complete the enrolment/registration process yourself.
• Students under 18: A parent or guardian must complete the enrolment/registration process for you.

Please Note

• Students must be 19 years of age or younger as of September 1, 2026 to be eligible for Outreach Programs. 
• Outreach Programs is designed for students in Grades 11 and 12 as well as those in their 4th or 5th year of high school. If your child is in Grade 10, please email us about your specific situation.
• The majority of Outreach Programs courses are delivered in a paper-based, modular format.  Outreach Programs is not suitable for students seeking online learning.
• Outreach Programs accepts registrations from resident students new to the Division until May 1. In most cases, a resident student of Edmonton Public Schools has at least one parent or legal guardian living in Edmonton who is not Roman Catholic.  We are not able to accept students currently enrolled in Edmonton Catholic Schools.
• Once you enrol/register in Outreach Programs, you may not have access to any other Edmonton Public Schools for the 2026-27 year.

Current EPSB Students

If you are a currently enrolled at an EPSB high school, contact your assistant principal regarding the referral process.  We are not able to accept students already enrolled in another Edmonton Public School without a referral from their current school.

Former EPSB Students not Enrolled in any School

If you attended an Edmonton Public School last year and have not yet enrolled at any school for this year, complete this form. We will contact you within THREE business days regarding your request.

New Student Registration

If you are a resident student new to Edmonton or you have not attended an Edmonton Public school for more than 6 months, complete the New Student Registration Form and submit it online. Find out more about new student registration here. We will contact you within THREE business days regarding your request.  

Intake meetings are by appointment only.  If you have any questions or you submitted a request for enrolment or new student registration form and have not heard from us, please email outreach.programs@epsb.ca.
